This npower of a thing self, I no understand. Were dey not supposed to be trained first bf dey start work? Most of d beneficiaries dont even know book, talkless of impacting wrong teachings into our innocent children. No training, no tablets no December stipend and dey said pple shu resume work. This government is confused!!!
