I have concluded everyone cannot become an entrepreneur, everyone cannot work in a great company, everyone cannot have or own a company of their own and also everyone cannot be rich. What I will advice anyone reading all these comments is that, you have your choices to make. Some people know in their hearts that certificates might never make them get a job in an oil company but most are here talking. So don’t listen to anyone but listen to yourself and take a bold step into entrepreneurship. In some people life, growing up their parents made all the decisions, now again at old age the world and these wicked people writing negative things here will also make your decision. I just pity the future of this generation, because at this rate, the poverty coming is still doing push up somewhere.
Come and experience a great session with Elyte entrepreneurs who see a great future!!!!!

All this rubbish you guy read here are not true. They are lies from some frustrated graduates who were rejected in Elytes because they lack Entrepreneurial skill set. If you have a session/training to attend I advice you to go ahead and enjoy your training with an open mind. The guys in Elyte are the best motivational Business builders I have ever come across in my entire live. Learn from their processes and build connects from them like I did. People are wicked o. Thank God Nairaland did not confuse me, I decided to go and today am earning good money. Just last month I earned N106,000. Guys Nigeria is too hard to allow someone on Nairaland who you do not even know to confuse you. The choice however remains yours. All the best.

Elyte Entrepreneurship Training Center is a place where we empower youths in becoming entrepreneurs. From the name it is very very clear so I’m wondering where there is a mix up. Now also an interview session is just a one on one chat with two individual. So what exactly is it with people linking it to one particular thing. When Elyte invites you for this chat, you are informed that we are looking for entrepreneurs and not everybody. So you that said you rather use your 5k to buy chicken and ice cream, God forbid I ever employ you in my organization since you don’t have a sense of building yourself. How many food have you eaten but look at where your life is still. You complain about the building and the people but then what exactly is it that you have created or done.

Do not judge from what people are saying because I know every man has his own mind. Elyte will train you freely for the position of a Business Development Associate and then will give you some materials but not free. So wake up from this mentality that the organization changing lives is not real. It is real for those who come and pass through our training.
It is just poverty mentality that is affecting most people in this life.
Let’s be guided and start moving forward and if you get our mail and you don’t want to be an entrepreneur please don’t even come in the first place we are not looking for you, what we are looking out for are ENTREPRENEURS!!!!!!!
Nairaland / General / Re: Is This Elite Entrepreneurship Training Consult A Scam? by Victorbaw: 2:20pm On Aug 23, 2020
Elyte this, Elyte that. If you use this same energy and go and drag government this country will be a better place. The real problem is all those places you have been working for years look at your life now and tell me if it has changed. Some of you typing here based on certification where do you think you can be employed and truly one day you can say that your life will change.
Life is like a film one should watch. I dare anyone of your writing bad about Elyte that keep track oh and in few years to come let’s see how far you have gone with your own life.
Anyway go and call sars for your government that does not care whether you live or not and not for an entrepreneurial firm. My issue is after you attended any session at Elyte and you still come here to write rubbish then you really have serious problem oh. Because you were told clearly that is entrepreneurs we need, and if you feel training material is a problem, then check your life well.
I will always defend Elyte because you are not forced to do anything, if you don’t want the offer leave and stop wasting more of your time and life coming here.
Everyone has their path and I know what is worrying most of you is that you are just angry and frustrated with life.
Elyte entrepreneurship is doing great things that is why there are people who discriminate them. When you are doing something great, you must always have negative people. So all of you here saying rubbish about Elyte are just negative. Peoples lives are changing while you are still here. Some people since lockdown they are still where they are oh, the year will end again and they might still be where they are.

Wise up with your self and life. Time waits for no one.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Elyte Entrepreneurship Training Consult - BEWARE!!!!!!! by Victorbaw: 7:41am On Aug 22, 2020
This is interesting.

But let me inform you about something. A company portfolio and standard is the choice of that company. Anything they want to do to select candidates is their decision and choice. Mr or Mrs. know it all, kindly tell us how it is done since you know about all the process of companies. You have worked before I will assume or you are working but then you still came for Elyte selection meaning you are looking for more and not satisfied.
Before coming you knew and read about Elyte Entrepreneurship that it is an entrepreneurial training center, for people who appreciate business. It is clear you are not one.
Stop wasting your time criticizing always, and start using your time to better your future. No matter what we do our future is based on our decisions.
You don’t have to create account so people can post and comment to get views and likes, or will nairaland pay you for this.
Anyway for all those that are confused about anything should please visit the website first and when you read everything if you still want to attend your interview session and join Elyte good your are welcome.

As for me I am tired of explaining things over and over to people that don’t want to take change and understand. So long with your life and please never come back because we don’t need people like you who don’t see the future.

ELYTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING CENTER IS THE BEST COMPANY FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GROW AND BECOME BETTER!!!

Don’t listen to what others have to say that is negative on this platform and start a journey that will be wonderful. I’m excited atleast I have something doing and I am not in my house submitting cvs online like most of you. The funny part is that at the end of the whole life journey everyone still falls back to entrepreneurship. Elyte God bless you!!!

Anybody that sees 5k for materials that you would be given as a problem then maybe check again. I want to learn about business and entrepreneurship from other companies that have grown and are big. Nice job Elyte. We rule the world!!!

Please don’t follow negative statements always but start your own life journey and if you want to learn about business and entrepreneurship you can come to Elyte and give yourself till December and see the changes. I’m just super excited and none of you naysayers will destroy that because I learnt that whatever you do there will be naysayers. So you all are welcome.

What I notice is that there have been some set of people replying and analyzing over and over again. My question really is have you found yourselves anything tangible to do since then or you have been loading your data to come here and check then comment again. My advice is stop wasting your precious life and our precious time. Instead go and get a book and read it so your life can be changed. Anything you want to know about the company is on the website and also it has been explained.
Nairaland / General / Re: Is This Elite Entrepreneurship Training Consult A Scam? by Victorbaw: 9:15am On Jul 26, 2020
Wow,
Ehya sorry oh. Let me make you understand something. Entrepreneurs don’t brag, all they do is tell you the story of how they rose from nothing to where they are now and why they chose entrepreneurship. Because if there is no story, there is no glory. Didn’t you learn anything from your training or you sat there for all the hours just to criticize at the end, then I’m sorry to say but you are quite pathetic oh. If you have a mindset of entrepreneurship or growth, all these your statements will not be necessary.

You are even late to the accusation, we have talked about all these and the payment of 5k for materials that will better your life and not the job. Well let me tell you the truth Mr man, you “may” continue to look for a job for a while because you know why, no employer might even select you with this your mentality. Go and work on yourself oh and tell yourself the truth. The main truth is that this is Nigeria. Someone bought car, you say she dey brag. You what did you use to come there, leg or car. I just pity the youths of Nigeria, because the day you finally realize that the world is not getting better especially in Nigeria the better for you.
Since June, this is July infact we are entering August already and abeg you don find job. Don’t worry ehn, can you hold on for the next 2 years, so that I can build my own company then I might send you an invite for a job and I hope you can work hard cuz I’m not looking for people who just wants to get paid without working. Wait you hear, you will get a job someday. Don’t worry.

Drop your email privately to me because I get a lot of job adverts maybe I can send you one. And also send your account number, let me send you money for 20 bags of water if you think that is an issue. But don’t come and paint Elyte as a bad company. Don’t worry, the job you are hungering for will come. Wait you hear!!!!!!!!!!! “Elyte is a great company and I stand with them always”.

Jaywilzee:
Wanted to create a new account to post this, but I decided not to, so that some of you that are doubting other posters can check a topic I created to verify my claim as well as other well meaning individuals too. Without an iota of doubt, I'll emphatically say that
Elyte entrepreneurship consult is a SCAM, it is just so funny how "their" agents are trying frantically to paint their scam enterprise as something genuine, it is really hilarious o.
Well, I was invited 1st of June for an interview, I passed the interview, was sent a message to come for induction, I went and another round of motivational speaking continued by madam kewe, then a guy that allegedly graduated with first class from unilag mounted the rostrum to deliver his well practised lies, our first last graduate, according to him was offered a job in Chevron where the take home will be nothing short of about 500k or there about, oga rejected the offer so that he can be shouting in one shabby hall everyday, scamming innocent unemployed youths, lastly our madam DMD entered and also bragged about her first class degree from unilag also, about her tear rubber car , how she flies from one country to another, all these juicy things to sway u into dropping your 5k so that she can take u under her wings, omo I calculate, these people can braaaaaaggggg and them no fit even buy pure water to entertain people that came to look for work, I mean common bag of pure water, them no fit buy, just be shouting up and down about their imaginary millions of naira, when madam DMD dey talk her minions go dey back dey echo"sure" .. mind you, I could have left there and then, but I didn't want to make any wrongful assumptions without getting to the last chapter of their charade, about 15 of us came for the induction, 8 people agreed to pay the 5k instantly, they were given preferential treatment, they went in first for their last stage of the test, maybe because my face was so smart , I was given the last number, I went into auntie kewe's office hoping to do another test o, na so she ask me for money for materials, I shock, I tell her, shebi I told u people I don't have money now I'll pay on Monday when I want to resume, why are u asking me for money again, is this the test I'm to do, she even get mind to ask me say even if na 1k make I drop, like someone said above, they were just desperate, I mean that is the height of desperation na, I tell her say na my tfare dey my hand make I trek go house? .. left her office then oga that rejected Chevron called me to come, I went to him, he asked me to wait outside that he wants to quickly check something , he went inside auntie kewe's office, came back outside and asked me to be going, I ask am, shey u no see me again, he gave me this look of forget it...
If them no be scam, u won't get so many people complaining about them... I'm still looking for job Sha, Incase this thread makes front-page, I might get a helper... Elyte na scamdemic...

This life is just funny. Some of you who come to nairaland and write all these things about this company that has done nothing but impacted your life and made you wisen up are really funny. Now everyone’s words are all the same which says their training was good. Now whatever you think you are paying for let me make it clear to you. I paid and I got the materials I was promised which I read now and has broadened my mentality.
You talk ill about a lady, about her looks but then again she interviewed you and all you said was yes ma, yes ma, so abeg don’t deceive others. But it was now when it was time to pay for material, you remember that her hair is synthetic. So now it’s a bad thing for a lady to make that type of hair. All I see here are bunch of people who either don’t have the money to pay or are too little minded to know that knowledge and information is very important. Go and ask people who have a library and learn from them well.
All of you talking have you ever paid to go for seminars before, I doubt and there they don’t give you anything special like a book to read.
Again you said they are bragging, my question is if you had nothing before but then a company you joined changed your life no matter how little wouldn’t you be excited and brag about it so it’s good to brag and anyone who told you otherwise just hates your success.
Read the picture below and if you can not adjust your life to understand how it all works in being an entrepreneur or having an entrepreneurial mindset, then sit at home first and learn.
I learnt and was talking to friends today who said by next year a lot of ordinary companies will realize that they don’t need most of the staffs they employ because this covid-19 is opening their eyes to a lot of things and even if they employ you, be ready for what you will see.
I remain an entrepreneur for life because I know that even if it doesn’t show now but 10 years after when you are tired and look haggard from that company you have been working at, I would have created a company of my own.
Stay blessed!!!!!!

MAJOR SCAM!! MAJOR SCAM!! MAJOR SCAM!!!

I just left the training and i'm going to point the things i noticed that seemed suspicious.

1. The building doesn't look like an appropriate company that deals with millions..
2. Their staffs do not match up.. if truly they are life changers, their staff should atleast look it
3. A lady named Kevwe (Head of HR) during her speech said she came from a poor background and her father couldn't afford to buy a landed of his own.. when the HOO and their DCMD spoke about her afterwards, they said her parents are very rich and she attended Covenant University. Totally contradicting
4. The supposed DCMD kept bragging about owning a car (muscle) like that's an achievement
5. They will ask you for 5550 to obtain training materials.. if at all you're to pay for anything like some companies do, it should be the training itself.. materials should be free
6. The Kevwe girl, after i said i didn't have money to pay said "Okay, how much do you have, let me help you, even of it's 1k or 500".. if truly it's real and there's a fixed price she shouldn't be bargaining.
7. A lady (one of their staffs) saw me talking to some other guy after we both got suspicious, she separated us.
8. The mail they sent to me for Interview Invitation has been recalled.. there's no record of their mail or my reply anywhere in my mail anymore.

IT IS A SCAM!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Mr so called adviser, just look at your life. Now if someone comes here and read this are you not a destiny destroyer in their life if they listen to you. From my opinion all you have said is the most rubbish statement I have ever seen. This training given to you was directed towards changing lives of an entrepreneur but I can see yours wasn’t even changed which will make you remain where you are, because either Elyte or anywhere else you go to, this your pessimistic mindset will forever pull you down.
Now again you are complaining someone said she was from a poor background while others said she went to a so called school. Which school did you go to sef, people can be funny. You came with leg, enter bus or whatever and you are asking if owning/buying a car is an achievement. If it’s not where is your own that you bought with your money. Haven’t you heard that poverty has different colors and stages and everyone is fighting for a cause. Anyway those that want to succeed and change their life will never say all these things you said.
Yes you can air your mind, but at-least be wise in doing that. People feed from Elyte, people pay rent and also have a life from Elyte. But it is written all over your statement that you have not yet suffered maybe now if I check you still live under your parents roof or when you get home you will find food. Don’t worry, the world is waiting for you. I wish you success in your life, but later in the future whatever your decision will be, make sure you swallow whatever you see.

IF YOU WANT A BRIGHTER FUTURE AS AN ENTREPRENEUR NEVER LISTEN TO PESSIMIST BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE A NEGATIVE STORY.

Scottkene:
I just received their invite to attend an interview for tomorrow Thursday 2nd July 2020.

Searched the company and saw a website. Good!

Found this thread on nairaland.

My personal opinion:

1. The company may be legit.

2. The company may not be a great place to work especially if you check the arrogance of their agents defending them here on NL.

3. It will be a total waste of time for any applicant looking for a career pathway.

4. Anyone can look up the internet on how to be an entrepreneur.

5. Anytime I attend an interview, after I have been grilled by the interviewer I always ask them 1 question. "What sort of training and development do your company offer?" It beats my imagination that a company that claims to be entrepreneurial requests for 5k for pre-job training. Are you empowering the applicants or applicants are empowering you?

6. Please advise those your agents to stop those cheap threat of defamation of character. They have no legal knowledge whatsoever. In other parts of the world your company would be in court by now to explain the personal data breach that made you send unsolicited invitations with misleading or non-existent job roles.

7. What is the connection between a Business Development Executive and an Entrepreneur?

8. Imagine people having to travel across the country to attend such a sham session.

9. Stop taking advantage of the desperation of the teeming unemployed Nigerians. Be transparent from the onset. You might be causing more damage for some people by your misleading and untruthful invitations.

10. Don't bother to call me out on this thread cos I will not even answer you sef.

And by the way, just like the way some agents of Elyte created fake monikers to defend them, same way I created to air my unbiased view.

Thanks to those members that raised the scam alert early enough.

Okay so let me explain these points so people don’t misunderstand and think other wise;
1. Yes the company is very legit which is why if you reach there any day anytime you will always see their staff present.

2. The agents who reply here are just tired of the false accusations made about the company who has changed their life to a better one. Same way you would reply someone who says wrong about your belief or religion.

3. It is not a waste of time for people going into a career path because this company grooms its staff and prepare them for the future Nigeria to come in which a lot of people are blinded to.

4. Internet doesn’t show you the passion and zeal towards being an entrepreneur, they just show the theoretical aspect and not practical.

5. There is no payment for any pre job training in the organization. You get materials which you should read. We all buy novels, data subscription, pizza, icecream but now books to improve your financial intelligence is a problem. Readers are leaders and leaders are those that make the money.

6. The company has their legal right to do what they want to do and also defend themselves.

7.A Business Development Executive is someone who builds and develops businesses in an organization (more information can be found online) while an Entrepreneur is someone who also builds and develop businesses. So can you see the relationship between both.

8. On the mail or website everyone can clearly see that we operate in Lagos, so anyone who still comes down will be at their will.

9. All information is on the website and which is what we do.

Visit our website today and those that are willing to succeed can send a message directly to the HR.

Yes I work with them which I never denied because any day any time I stand with Elyte Entrepreneurship Training Centre. Well what I will just advice you to do is if you already have a job you are doing, you can bring down your cv from the internet, or if you don’t yet have a job and still looking for one, please send me a direct email of your email you always use to apply, so we block it totally from our sites and will inform the Hr department. I guess that will solve your problem. But be careful on the words you use, because defamation of character is a big sin.

Y on earth will a company be asking for money from people they want to employ. I told them I don't have the 5k they demand I should pay without even knowing what my job description is or the pay. They ask me if there is anyone I can call to send me the money. As in their desperation for the money they want to collect from me self made me know these people are just looking for money

What do you call desperation. Firstly, can your 5k make a difference in any organization. And you were vividly told that the money was for your training materials. The first day you came, you we’re told you would be invited for a training. Now every company has their own procedures so stop comparing. Have we not once upon a time gone for trainings and seminars before that all they gave you was a book to write and a biro and we paid some ridiculous amount, well if not you, I have a several times but I never spoke ill about those seminars because I wanted to gain more knowledge. In becoming an entrepreneur there are traits one must posses which is investing in things and most importantly your knowledge. No one asked you to give the company any amount but it was clearly stated that you will be getting some materials, which is reasonable to me. If you have a library that you read to expand your knowledge then this wouldn’t be a discussion or an argument. Therefore please understand a reason first before saying anything, because the day I joined them, I know it’s their process but I can tell you today I have earned more than that money you think is a big deal. A lot of people want to succeed but not all can succeed, and people who really want knowledge can exchange anything for that.

I got the invite too but I am not attending.

How can you ask job seekers to pay 5k as part of recruitment process? Who does that? I have been trained in an organisation for good 3 weeks and I didn't pay anything, I was even given transport allowance, accommodation and free meals for the 3 weeks..

If you need marketers come out and say it plainly and stop sugar coating your job descriptions.

I can see the way your fake employees are trying hard to defend their job, I won't even do them the honor of replying them..#peace

Yeah same thing I thought but on getting there the first time I attended their recruitment process, I then realized their reason for doing all they do. This company is doing no harm to anyone, all they want is build people who will have a better future someday. Now this is the part you all are confused about. There is nothing of such for you paying to be selected into the company. The company selects those they want which is not on any condition apart from what they are looking out for in their credentials and behavior. Any other thing done in the company I’m sure has a reason. No employer tells you to pay to get employed, which is not reasonable. So get your information right and don’t mislead people. Every organization has their method of operation but I assure you this organization doesn’t collect any fee as part of your selection process.

For me I believe what people don’t understand, they get it all mixed up. I have understood that in life if you don’t like something you have an option to just walk away, not to start talking ill about the company. I started working with this company some weeks ago and everything is very clear. They are an entrepreneurial firm interested in candidates who want to build business. Now in building a business ofcourse money is always needed. The company will train you and make you equipped but for you to have and create a business is your choice which doesn’t come free anywhere. Nairaland / General / Re: Is This Elite Entrepreneurship Training Consult A Scam? by Victorbaw: 3:03am On May 19, 2020
I got the same invitation message for last week Monday for an interview. I was also skeptical at first because I too never applied to them directly, but on getting to the company, their HR explained that their recruitment agencies always send people’s information they see fit and my information was amongst them and at that point I was very satisfied.
So therefore this is a copy of the invite I got also;
