I was diagnosed with Hashimotos about a year ago. I have been taking meds but my hair seems to be falling out more and more. Am wondering if this is from the thyroid disease or stress. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is this practice going to persist until gas is three thousand two hundred 29 dollars and 23 and 9/10 cents? Lets get rid of it now, for a number of reasons. One is look at all the energy we can save by eliminating the lighting behind the 9/10 cent signs. Another is we could actually calculate the price easier and see if the pump is cheating us. And we could quit believing gas was only $1.99 when it is really $2.00 or at least within 1/10 of a cent of 2 dollars.

Plus you can't cut a penny in pieces so how can they try to price something that way and be serious?

I have an iPod/music player called a Bowers & Wilkins 'Zeppelin air' that stopped working a while ago. Zero power to the unit despite fuses and external supply being good.

The power supply board in the unit is known to be the fault with these devices. So I removed the board to see if I could find any blown capacitors.

I found none, all looked in good order so I flipped the board and saw what looks like a burned out IC chip?

Is this board dead or fixable at all?

I have a friend who works online with various companies and she does really well for her family! I didn't really think this was an option! I keep telling her she should start some type of online business and she quickly tells me she already has one! She says the work she does keeps her busy and pays her well! My defense is that once her business gets up and going she will be able to work less and earn more (that is the idea anyway)!

What do you think? Can we make as much or even enough money working various jobs online with no stress as opposed to creating a business and working like crazy to get it up and going and then working some more and more!

I remember the days when many of Team GB's best athletes would make a final, finish 4th or 5th and the commentary team (except for Michael Johnson who wasn't afraid to be critical of British underperformance) would say well done and better luck next time.

Things got a bit harsher. Lottery funding was cut for underperformers. And we started producing a lot of unexpected worldbeaters (where did Greg Rutherford suddenly come from) because these athletes had to fight hard to maintain their funding and status.

No one wants to go back to the days when our main medal hopes had to work part time jobs because they'd lost funding, but the fear of losing that funding seemed to really improve the standard, and seperated the weak from the strong.

I am using the Ctrl+Tab command to browse through my Tabs quite a bit. But my focus is dragged back and forth by the three resulting behaviours (i.e. preview pane + highlighting the TabTab + highlighting the list entry top right). I wish this could be more explicit, clearer and simpler by having only one of these behaviours (whichever) or to allow the user to deactivate some of these behaviours.

Hello Guys,

It would be really great if Opera added a Notes feature to the browser. There are plenty of extensions out there, but I much prefer taking notes via the browser than trusting content to extensions.

It looks like there used to be a feature like this on an older version of Opera, which makes me hope there will be a return to that functionality again. Here are a few features I'd love to see:

Insert via hotkeys;
Search from a context menu that can be summoned on a page;
Categorize and colorize for sorting and navigation purposes;
Hashtags;
Import/export;
Associate URLs with notes that will automatically open;
Add the option to have a note be inserted into a particular field automatically if the user captures the note in that field.
