Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential beauty professionals (salons, barbershops, makeup artists, nail technicians, spas, independent stylists) through networking, direct visits, referrals, and local research.
Onboarding Process Management: Manage the full cycle — initial contact, explaining Ulooks benefits, assessing needs, quick app demonstration, assisting with sign-up, and follow-up to ensure successful activation and first bookings.
Product Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of Ulooks features (on-demand bookings, mobile services, AI Mirror try-ons, premium visibility tools) to communicate value effectively to beauty pros.
Client (Pro) Relationship Management: Build rapport with beauty professionals, address inquiries or concerns, provide ongoing support, and encourage long-term engagement on the platform.

Requirements & Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; no higher degree needed.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, field outreach, or community engagement is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, basic apps; ability to learn simple digital tools quickly.
Communication: Strong verbal skills for pitching, explaining benefits, and building trust with salon owners and professionals.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for engaging conversations and handling objections.
Active Listening: Ability to understand beauty pros' needs and tailor the Ulooks pitch accordingly.
Time Management: Self-motivated to manage your own schedule, prioritize visits, and meet weekly targets.
Resilience and Drive: Goal-oriented, persistent, and enthusiastic attitude — comfortable working independently in the field.

Minimum Experience
Less than 1 year (open to motivated individuals with passion for beauty and results)
A Field Marketer at Ulooks.app connects talented beauty professionals to our on-demand platform, promotes the app's value, supports seamless onboarding, and builds lasting relationships to drive growth. Daily tasks include prospecting in salons and barbershops, presenting solutions, assisting sign-ups, and providing follow-up support — requiring strong communication, local knowledge, and adaptability.
