Please advise me on this Doppler scan. My baby was noticed to be having this IUGR thing, and I read that the best way to monitor the baby is by umbilical artery doppler. How does this help?

Alemo50. Thank you for your gesture. My doctor says that my baby is small, and so that I will need c-section. I am now at 35weeks. He said my height of fundus is 31cm. And I did a scan which says that my baby is 32weeks. I am distressed. Please advise me
