Am medical personel and from experience theirs always a cause for holding on to IVF
NOW why do people go for ivf it's because of any of this reasons

(3) Non-motile/non/Dead/low sperm count
(4) PCOS, POI, ENDOMETRIOSIS ETC

And For any successful IVF this things are still required
(a) fertile sperm
(b) healthy eggs/ova
(c) stable hormones
(d) a healthy womb/uterus that can carry the. Pregnancy to term
(e) cleared tubes

so my take is settle ur diagnosis and holla u're pregnant
It pains me a great deal seeing ladies pass through all this all in the bid to concieve

Nice compilation but this our present lifestyle all this can't be totally avoided and some to me ain't so true eg alcohol check out bayelsa, warrri or south they produce much and they take alcohol like no tommorow

Your hubby case isn't over but he needs to get more serious with his fertility matters for things to work
Azoospermia is not the end of the road

Have you checked critically the underlying factor for the Zero count if it's infection or low sperm count (azospermia, oligospermia etc)

Run urine analysis with blood test for an infection

Sure it will certainly affect ur sperm motility
U need an average of 15million motility of ur sperm cells to be able to pregnate a woman
So try treatment for the staphylococcus this will make things faster and easier for your wife to concieve

U have a large sperm count but what matters most is their activities, ability of the sperm to swim very well without problem to the woman's egg , infact if you have just 20million active, motility sperm ur woman will concieve very easily
