I’m having a duplicate account issues on the US Visa new websites since September 2024. I always call and chat the customer support team regularly, they keep saying same thing and have not resolve this issue till now. What and how can I go about this challenge?

Has the Customer Service Support desk of the US Visa on the new website successfully resolved duplicate user account issues for anyone?

Please I need your suggestions and solutions to this problem
