The compound is neat with water and electricity provided. There is constant security 24/7 also. Easy access to Berger bus terminal.
The flat in question has 2 bedrooms, 1 parlor, 1 kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are big & self sufficient (they both have their own toilet and bathrooms each).
The price is 350k yearly i.e 175k each room.
