4.calls and video sent to this office to arouse attention and sympathy of poor surviving conditions of some who are disadvantaged and wants to return home,no response yet

This man is ignorant, remove the Prof before his name and replace it with Jester. First of, Nigerian Army was invited and the number of delegation depends on the number of participation. Nigeria hosted the Invictus games last year and we didn't dictate to anyone the delegates they sent here, they were all received with their high ranking Army officers. Jester Odinkalu is not in any position to tell us whether to participate in winter games or not. The host country invited us to the game and we accepted the invitation.
