I have been unable to do any OTA update on my Tecno w4 since I bought it last month. It will download the update completely and then say 'unable to unzip file download again'. I have done this like 4 times.

Simply go to a software vendor and buy the disk. I don't advice people to upgrade online. Not with the kind of internet services we get here

Thanks for the prompt response but buying it is quite expensive o. I'm seeing 30k online.

I tried upgrading my windows 7 using the media creation tool, but didn't get to 100% cos of network issues. Now I noticed that anytime I am connected to the Internet my system seems to be downloading heavy files.
Please what do I do cos the media creation tool no longer responds keeps telling me to restart computer.
I really want this upgrade.
