I am a political scientist and my opinion is that FEC is the highest decision making body in a democratic Nigerian, it used to be federal military council under the military regime .note that word BODY they didn't say organ or arm of the government, mind you decisions made by the jury applies to individuals who sought the court to make such decisions ,but the decision made by FEC in the executive arm is binding and affects every citizen of Nigeria including the judiciary and the legislature because the executive are the one piloting the affairs of the country |
I think federal executive council is the highest decision making body in the country because, legislature makes the law, judiciary interprets or adjudicates, while executive makes policies ,decisions and also executes them |
a friend of mine that has an uncle in psc Abuja told him to go and start studying his further maths.
