thank you for your post. the issue you raised about family signing fee of N75,ooo is well noted but if you read my post well, you would notice it was written 'its very important you make provision of about N75,000 also for the family signing. if you are buying all.' now it could be more or less. come to think of it, do you really think that the said amount is unfair for four plots of land?lets assume they want N25,000, per plot, would you consider it fair?even though the total would be a N100,000?

you and i both know that only very few if at all would accept that amount for family agreement/signing.

thanks for your post. i am not the original owner but the direct agent to the owner. he bought from the surveyor who did the survey for the entire community.

cos of the cost of the survey which the community could not pay, they usually reach an agreement with the surveyor that he would be paid with part of the surveyed land.

my principal just happen to be aware the surveyor needed to sell so he bought a large chunk off him; which he "my principal' wants to sell now.

i have been to the site and also have a copy of the gazette.


nothing is hidden. once you do the inspection and are satisfied with what you have seen and heard its upto you to buy or not.
