The website you mentioned copied the name of the official original website and entered fake data (it pretends having collected data from 2024 while it didn't even exist).

The authentic International IQ test IQ by country ranking is on this website:

And Nigeria has 91.35 IQ there, which is way more reasonable, when we know that less than 70 IQ is considered mental illness...

its around 90 to 93 that's honestly average and not really blow average actually. So in reality its not that small. You will find plenty of smart nigerians then.
