Then and only then sit down and list every debt. Smallest to largest. Ignore the largest for now. Attack the smallest first. Every small debt you clear buys your confidence back. And confidence is what makes the next step possible.

I am really struggling with the clear mind at this point, the debt is the only things I am thinking about and it is really holding me back.

The first step actually is to get some income in. I really fell deep and lost all the ways I could make money but I will find a way to get some substantial income in so I can stay active and take my mind off the constant worry and then start paying off.
