Another iPhone Explodes, This Time in Brazil

An exploding iPhone 4S was reported in Brazil following a similar incident aboard a flight in Australia last month.

Brazilian iPhone owner Ayla Mota got a morning call of an unexpected kind when he awoke on Wednesday (local time) to find his beloved gadget churning out black smoke and spitting sparks just 15 cm away from his face, as reported by U.S.-based Internet blog Mashable, citing local media.

Meanwhile, one week ago an iPhone 4S exploded aboard a flight in Australia. Australian carrier Regional Express said the handset also began discharging sparks and dark smoke.

A staffer with the carrier said the case had been reported to the relevant civil aviation safety authorities, and the handset given to the Australian Transportation Safety Bureau to be analyzed.

I'm sure this has to do with the iPhone 4s battery problem that the latest update was supposed to fix,  Apparently, iPhone batteries are now becoming too hot, probably since the latest fix. A second phone has exploded in brazil. Is this going to keep on happening?
