Hence they are requesting for your husband’s account statement, then a dependent visa may be appropriate. For spouse visa, you would need to submit your bank account statement (1 month with a closing balance of at least 6Million)

If you are in the UK already then I don’t think you would need to submit TB test hence they didn’t request for it in your recent visit. Please go with whatever your lawyer in the UK tells you as I believe he’s an expert.

The immigration lawyer fill out this form for me in the Uk.. there’s no TB test on the document listed for me to bring. The only mandatory document they requested from me is just my passport and his passport other document listed in the form are English language test certificate,payslips,proof of relationship,his previous divorce certificate,his bank statement….Have sent the form to you pls what type of visa is he applying Do I need to add my own bank statement,I don’t think I have much money in my own account,can I use my husband bank statement instead?

They don’t request for chat history, just send your TB test result, marriage cert and 1 month bank statement with both the visa page and passport data page of your partner.

Yes, you need a TB test since you are resident in Nigeria. You can submit chats with your husband along with other evidence types.

Sorry about that. I think the reason they gave is quite simple. Just work on your income and expenditure (explain any abnormal transaction) and re-apply

Bros, Write a detailed email to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk Tell them how they've made a mistake with your application and how everything on the refusal letter has nothing to do with you. Include a copy of the refusal letter too. If your assertions are true, It will be resolved with no financial recourse to you.

Hello guys
So I’m currently a student about rounding up dissertation. Due to deliver in Dec/Jan but my visa expires Jan 31st. I plan to apply for PSW visa with my partner in Nov after graduation. But I want to invite my mom for the childbirth etc and now cause visitor’s visa now takes 7 weeks or more was planning on applying for her in Oct so she can be here in Dec. Will the validity of my visa be an issue?

Please Gurus in the house,i need an enlightenment.I apply for UK tourist visa alone in 2019,although i declared my married status as being married with 3 chuldren then.

However,the marriage has since been dissolved in court last year while the Children stays with her and i married a new wife January this year 2022.

Now my new wife is willing to do her Msc in UK come January 2023 and i wish to apply along with her as her husband.

My concern and worry is my 2019 status.Although i have the divorce certificate of my former wife handy, and my wedding certificate to my new wife.

I hope am good to go along with her since i have every evidence to show my new staus

They understand that your address can change and that’s fine. I don’t think they are really keen on the address thing but please get the opinions of others as well.

I did my tb test with the name of a school on it as the address for where am going but eventually now not going to the school again but another school,am about to do the visa processing now, please will it or will it not affect my chances now or shuld i apply to iom again now for change of address on the tb certificate.

This is self explanatory, a decision has been made on your application but I think there's a delay from TLS to deliver your passport.

Usually the case for everyone trying to book appointment. Sleep on that website, refresh it every 10 secs, you will surely see one. If you still can't get any, just hold your 42k and go to any TLS center of your choice, they will attend to you as per walk in

Good morning great minds. I am new on this platform.
I had my biometrics for spouse visa and dependant visa with my two sons on 26th July and I got a mail from TLS two days ago that my travel document and that of my eldest son is ready for collection buy I am yet to receive mail for the collection of my youngest son's travel document.

1. Does this mail mean we have been granted settlement visa?
2. Can I go to TLS office to claim the documents that are available for collection while waiting for the last one? Even though it was stated in the generic mail sent that if you apply as a family, you wait for all the documents to be ready for collection before coming.
3. What do I do about the travel document of my youngest son that is not ready for collection yet? Though I sent a paid mail to the ukvi last night...

Good morning Korede, congratulations on the outcome of your visa. I’m also awaiting mine (Spouse Visa) did my biometrics 11th of this month. I can see you didn’t have to wait long before getting a feedback. Did you pay for priority or is this is usual standard time frame for spouse visa?
