Hi guys:

I'm trying to fence my plot of land in Benin city.  I'm doing it by proxy (in-law) since I don't live at home.  I just want you guys to help me out with some information:

1.  What amount of 9 inch blocks will it take to fence a plot 100x100 to a height of 2 metres?

2.  Which is more beneficial, buying blocks or molding your own?

3.  Can you please provide any other useful inform related?  (Some guy was talking about
     using prefab slabs.)

2. Could anyone also give an idea on what their services cost.  Someone that is trying to represent me back in Naija is
