She described feeling overwhelmed and sought clarification from Sam Larry about the intent behind the request.

The lady, who is both the only child of her mother and the primary breadwinner for her family, voiced her fears and pleaded for assistance.

“What do you want from me? What did I do? Who reported me? Please, I’m the breadwinner of my family. I don’t want to die young. Please forgive me if I’ve offended you in any way or Did I buy something from you and not pay?, “the lady begged in the video.

Teenager allegedly murder 2-year old boy to harvests organs in Cross River

A two-year-old boy is said to have been slain by a teenager in Ikang Town, Bakassi Local Government Area, Cross River State.

Online, a video of the two-year-old discovered dead in an Ikang Town laundry shop appeared. Eyes Of Lagos reports that the incident happened on Friday, April 26, 2024, at approximately 2:00 PM.

Online, a graphic video of the dead infant’s internal organs being removed was uploaded.

Eyewitnesses claim that the culprit is the baby’s mother’s neighbor.

“The mother of the two year old boy usually drops off her son in the laundry shop where her son was murdered. Every market day (Monday and Friday) she takes the boy to her neighbor’s laundry shop so she can go to the market for her business. But on this sad day, she came back to pick up her son but she couldn’t find him. She asked people around but no one seemed to answer her. So she went to the laundry shop, scattered the piled up clothes only to find her son lying lifeless and with blood everywhere,” an eyewitness narrated.

The scream of the already-dead baby’s mother alerted neighbours who rushed into the shop.

“We saw a knife close to the piles of clothes. It looks like what was used to kill the child,” another witness said.

The screaming and knife found in the shop led to a massive search for the suspect who was caught while attempting to abscond to an unknown destination.

After several hours of torture and beatings, the suspect refused to speak up. He was later handed over to the police who promised detailed follow-up.

“The police and army came to the scene. So we have handed him over to the security agencies but we will follow up on this matter so that things like this don’t happen in our community again.”

The Bakassi Divisional Police Office is said to have confirmed the incident, disclosing that a team of police detectives from the division were dispatched to the scene where the suspect was arrested, and the corpse removed for police investigation.

High school student allegedly commits suicide over unwanted pregnancy

According to reports, a grade 10 student at Kunkujang Jatta-ya’s Maladah Senior Secondary School in the Gambia’s West Coast Region killed herself last night due to an unintended pregnancy.

Shortly after 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2024, the student identified as Mamy Jassey reportedly consumed a toxic drug, which resulted in her death, according to Eyes of Lagos. After being taken to a private facility close to Lamin Lodge, she was declared dead by a nurse. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

A lab technician who works in Mamy’s neighborhood realized the girl was “showing signs of life” when she checked her pulse, while the family was getting ready to bury her.

My alleged suspension: a drama on Africa Magic - Ganduje

Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, has finally spoken out on his alleged suspension by his ward in Kano State’s Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area.



Ganduje claimed that his suspension looked like a movie from the well-known Africa Magic entertainment channel.



He made these remarks on Tuesday after receiving official findings from the committee chaired by Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo on Saturday’s governorship primary election in Ondo State.



Remember how some party leaders announced the former Kano governor’s suspension last week? That person was the ward’s legal adviser, Haladu Gwanjo. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

Gwanjo, who hinged the suspension on the alleged bribery case brought against Ganduje and his wife, said the decision was taken by nine executive members of the APC ward.



The move was quickly followed up with a Kano High Court order on Wednesday restraining Ganduje from parading himself as the APC national chairman.



Despite spirited efforts to abort the move by Kano APC, which immediately suspended the ward executives for their roles, the new court injunction proved to be a stumbling block.



The court order was, however, put on hold when the embattled national chairman secured another Federal High Court injunction presided over by Justice A.M Liman.



The ruling was given after Ganduje filed an exparte motion seeking to enforce his fundamental right to a fair hearing.



Addressing the audience on Tuesday, he again accused the New Nigeria People’s Party and Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, of masterminding his purported suspension to embarrass him.



He said, “We were so astonished when we heard the news but we were not surprised when we discovered that the great threat that APC overwhelmingly poses to other parties is real and Kano State is not an exception.



“The government in Kano State is behind this drama. Even the drama is one kind of drama that is called Africa Magic. This is Africa Magic and it is not leading democracy anywhere. It is a negative innovation where members who belong to a different political party, not even our members, let alone being elected executive members of either the ward or to the highest level at the state, meet themselves and take resolutions that affect the nation as far as our party is concerned, that is not acceptable.



“Our party cannot be distracted, we assure you. Our attention cannot be diverted. We are focused. We know where we are heading. We know our objectives and we know how to achieve our objectives”.



Earlier, the Forum of All Progressives Congress State Chairmen had passed a vote of confidence on the embattled national chairman.



The delegation of 37 state chairmen gave the endorsement during a solidarity visit to the secretariat of the party in Abuja to pledge their allegiance to the embattled national chairman.



Addressing the gathering, the Acting Chairman of the forum and Lagos APC chairman, Cornelius Ojelabi, said they are solidly behind Ganduje and will defend him against external aggression.



Ojelabi said, “We are here this afternoon on just one mission. Chairman, we are here to let you know that you’re the captain of the ship. We are here to let you know that we are also your foot soldiers in the 36 states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and FCT. We are here to show our solidarity and sincere commitment to appreciate what members of the National Working Committee have been doing in standing by you by giving you total support.



“We feel it’s important that the act of that solidarity should not be limited to members of the NWC alone. Today we bring the solidarities from the 36 states of the Federation including FCT, to tell members of the public through the media that we’re solidly, solidly, solidly behind you. You have started the journey, a journey of growing our party, a journey of expanding our party, a journey of restructuring our party and a journey of making our party the one all will love. And we’re pretty sure that you’re on course.

A sixteen-year-old boy is taken into custody by Jigawa Police for allegedly staging his own abduction

Safiyanu Lawan, an 18-year-old youth who staged his own kidnapping in the state’s Kiyawa Local Government Area, has been taken into custody by the Jigawa State Police Command.

In a statement released on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, the command’s spokeswoman, DSP. Lawan Shiisu Adam, said that the young guy had planned with one Abdulrazak Salisu, 27, to pretend to be abducted in order to get money from his father.

The statement says, “On April 19, 2024, at approximately 1430 hours, one Alhaji Lawan Dankoli’m’ of Kiyawa LGA reported at State Intelligence Department (SID) Dutse that, on April 17, 2024, his son, one Safiyanu Lawan’m’, who is 18 years old, went shopping in preparation for the start of school but has not returned back.”
“Later on the same date at about 2320hrs, an unknown person called him severally with an unknown number and threatening him that, the said Safiyanu was kidnapped. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
“On receipt of the information, a team of Policemen attached to State Intelligence Department (SID) Dutse swung into action and visited the scene of crime where one Abdulrazak Salisu ‘m’ age 27yrs of Zango quarters, Kiyawa LGA was arrested in connection with the case.
“During interrogation, the suspect confessed to have known where the said Safiyanu was hiding and that they conspired together in order to collect money from the father; the team swiftly moved to the location and arrested the acclaimed victim (safiyanu lawan).
“Meanwhile investigation is ongoing, while suspects will be arraigned for prosecution.”

There is a new video out revealing bullying at Lead British International School

A video that shows a boy at the Lead British International School in Abuja being harassed by other students has gone viral.

A boy on his knees is surrounded by a group of male classmates wearing the school uniform in the recently released video on the internet. In the nine-second footage, he was given a headshake and then carried out as soon as he got up. Eyes Of Lagos reports,


This is coming after an initial video of a female student slapping a fellow female student went viral this morning.

The school has since been shut down for 3 days, by authorities after heavy outrage from Nigerians online.

Chinese Chamber denies reports of Nigerians being denied access to Chinese supermarket in Abuja

According to the China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) in Nigeria, no Nigerian has ever experienced prejudice or been turned away from a Chinese store.

The Secretary of China Chamber of Commerce, Mr Cui Guangzheng, said this in a statement in Abuja.

Guangzheng reiterated the commitment of the chamber toward ensuring equality and inclusiveness.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that a video posted by an unidentified FCT resident alleged that a Nigerian was denied access to the premises alleging that citizens were not allowed into the supermarket.

”The China Chamber of Commerce is one of several enterprises using the facility, and the supermarket in question is located in the residential area of the estate.

”No individual was subjected to discrimination or denied access to the estate or supermarket to purchase groceries as widely believed.

”We regret any altercation at the estate’s entrance gate between the security personnel and a customer, it does not reflect the official position of the estate management or the chamber of commerce

“Our principles are to enhance friendship between the people of both countries and promote economic development,” he said.

NAN also reports that the supermarket was under lock and key when officials of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) visited the supermarket.
