Job Description: Business Partnering
1. Plan HR Business Partnership strategy, define operational parameters and
ensure that they meet set targets and standards
2. Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities
to the line (all divisions)
3. Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of HR solutions across the
business
4. Ensure high quality HR services are provided consistently, timely,
effectively and efficiently to client group, meeting and exceeding agreed
service levels
5. Champion the identification and deployment of talent in the line

Qualification:
1. BSc/HND/OND with at least a second class lower degree.
2. One (1) – Two (2) years relevant post National Youth Service experience

Required Skills:
§ Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
§ Demonstrable analytical and negotiation skills
§ Effective communications and engagement skills
