Seriously, you cant get it for any price mentioned on this thread. Dont be deceived and run into starting a never ending project.

Uber is big, was not developed by one person, and has lots of seasoned developers still maintaining it.

Look for a simpler business model for your app may be you can get someone to do it for you around 250k.

Apart from the Mobile App you download, there is the API part that communicates with the database and also a Web App that serves as the back office to check all business transactions.

This is a quick brief to give you an idea of what you are talking about, try to do your research on google.

My thought...my be the xmlstring parameter given to me is actually not correct with what they have,
because when I took out that part the error response was different like a file is missing.

@dell_net, i want to develop an IVR with the following technology: VoiceXML and PHP&MySql i.e I need a voice server that can take a Nigerian number. I saw similar solution on www.voxeo.com, www.cafe.bevocal.com and tell me, but they can't work with Nigerian numbers.

I later found out that, if i can get a VoiceXML server that can reside on my client machine i could deploy the application locally and plug a telephone to the server(thru my machine). So i dont know if have made myself clear enough.
