Phew! Never knew pregnancy + school + work + family could be this hard. At times ur online sef but jst too exhausted to type. Starting my second semester exam on monday nd sitting down to study is jst so hard. I havent even submitted proposed Thesis topics to my supervisor whom I really dislike anyway. Whenever I lie to sleep or rest, I wake up with a throbing head pain. To sit too is wahal cuz I can't sit for more than an hour without get pains on the upper right part of my stomach just below my bust. October just seems so far
Sorry for my long rant, I wish I could get a solution but Zaynie wud soon come and tell me now it's part of the package

Pls try and ask him woh u should do on ur next visit. According 2 my doc, dey start giving medications 4 BP wen it gets 2 140/100. I guess ure safe buh 2 be doubly sure, confirm 4rm ur doc o.

Welcome teamie......... Oct mommas errwhr. As 4 d waist pain, it's all part of the package just try not 2 bend 2 much, sit upright and massage with ori and balm. Thats hw I relieve mine

Woh did ur doc do about d BP? Abi he just complained and ignored u? Any medication?
U can still build ur pcv by squeezing ugu and milk 2 drink.

Then pad matter... , teamie its to early to start making me crack my ribs abeg. The pad is for after delivery, u use the maternity pad. The only time you can wear pad is after your water breaks and you are still dripping amniotic fluid, to avoid staining yourself, u use any pad available.

As for maternity pad, i guess it's needed only wen ur water breaks or u r loosing ur mucus plug. I didn't use it coz my water was manually broken just before delivery

Fyi I tried the warm salt water thing and it only gave me a temporary relief.

Welcome 2 my world of toothache in pregnancy. Well, wot my dentist prescribed was amoxil and pcm. Worked like magic, tho I'd advice u see a dentist. The baby is sapping ur calcium, sorry dear.

No dentist will agree 2 pull ur tooth yle preggy. Always remember 2 rinse ur mouth or brush b4 going 2 bed so d bacteria will hv nothing 2 suck.

Yes o, her BP is very normal. Normal range gets 2 even 120/80 and den if d BP of a preg mom gets 2 even 130/90, she won't be given anti - hypertensive drugs buh closely monitored.

Yh its absolutely normal. U shuld be happy baby is kicking all day cos trust me, tym will come wen u won't feel baby's kick 4 a whole day and u will be wondering.

Frisomom is d perfect skimmed milk 4 preg mothers. Contains lotsa calcium and eases constipation . Sending ds msg 4rm my hospital bed

Pls be very careful with OTC cough medications...so many contain many substances some of which might be harmful to a preggie. It's best to avoid cough meds especially in early pregnancy n if u have to take later, keep to the barest minimum. So my candid opinion is stay away from it n if u can't see your Dr b4 taking anything.
In early pregnancy, it could affect the abdominal wall of the foetus. But you are in 3rd Tri already, right??
