They must not be an illegal immigrant , someone who has been given leave as a result of their marriage or civil partnership or someone who has been given leave as a result of their work status.

The applicants needs to submit a form which includes their name and date of birth along with proof that they have met all the requirements listed above.

UK partner Visa is a type of Visa that will be only granted to the partners i.e. you and your partner if you are above 18 years of age. It is a strict rule and cannot be amended in any way or there is flexibility in the rule. Plus, your partner should be a citizen of the United Kingdom and should be settled in the United Kingdom. Also, it will be good if your partner has indefinite leave to remain and permanent residency proof.
