For those who have their own businesses, what are some tools or methods you use to be more productive? For me there are a few things that help me be better at my job and help me with time management:

The first one is using a "To-do" app like the one by Microsoft. I can download that on my computer and use it on my phone. I can keep track of the things I've done as well.

That leads to me another one - Trello. It's great for teams and I use it a lot for the things my team and I still need to do.

Another one is Set a Time. I use it as an appointment scheduling software so my potential clients can make bookings with me online. That helps my workflow as I don't have to pick up the phone or respond to that many emails. It can also help me manage my schedule properly.

This one's a bit funny but another "tool" I use/drink is water! Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated. You may have to use the bathroom a lot though but it's a good thing!

The last thing I do to stay productive is listen to music. I try to find the best playlist on Spotify as that can help me better focus.
