I will rather my Leader be someone that FACTUALLY grew a State to become the THIRD largest economy in AFRICA WITHOUT federal aid.

There is a HUGE Distance between Chicago State University "Honors" ACCOUNTING Graduate with exposure working with Mobil, Delloite etc AND a UNN 3RD class PHILOSOPHY Graduate that worked in a Nigerian Bank.....who doesn't understand the meaning of Green energy that they had to "assist" him to paraphrase it.

And I am saying this absolutely WITHOUT BIAS. Their end results will just be a different level of exposure, analysis and Problem solving.

How can I vote for someone that governed a state with 1/10 population of Lagos with NO MAJOR improvement?

After convocation yes results are processed, but unn and UI starts processing your results once you drop pen and sign with marker on your shirts .

It won't take a week ,if you finish your clearance including medicals to get it

before exams and record go print ur cert for u, u must have finished ur clearance which comes after convocation
