SportsRe: Who Is The Most Influential Player To Have Played In The Premiere League? by vision4everlan: 9:33pm On May 15, 2020
Eric Cantona.
He made the premier league popular. He brought skill, creativity, inventiveness to the premier league
He is very underrated but very influential

Abeg, iwobi is an average player. He is okay and that's all. He is not really world class. His ability to control the midfield is limited when he comes up against a highly technical team. Nigeria vs Algeria in afcon 2019 comes to mind. Ejaria or someone better might bench him as time goes on

Joebie:
Iwobi needs to improve in some areas. If he can he will proove a massive steal from England

To be honest, i am not really sure. I read it on operanewsapp which is not 100% reliable.
I myself doubt if he can make it at liverpool.
Big clubs swallow young players. For example luka Jovic is struggling at real madrid.
However, Victor is facing a lot of psychological pressure right now with big teams justling for him up and down.
I hope he does not break down make the wrong decisions and loose his head.
Most african players loose it at this stage.
The boy is 2 to 3 years away from drogba or sadio man levels (world class) but he needs somewhere where he can play.
All this noise may end up pulling him down.

This is not surprising. Basketball is not really our national or cultural game.
We do not produce stars from the local scene like Football.
This is why using foreign born players will have no opposition among Nigerians.

However, football is well developed in Nigeria.
We have produced stars from the local scene and so we have our footballing pride
It is somewhat difficult for us to use foreign born players because we always had our stars (segun odegbami, austin okocha, sunday oliseh, haruna illerika).
Our local football scene is not too backward. It is bad in terms of structure BUT NOT TALENT.
We can easily get a boy from ajegunle into monaco in a few years because the raw talent and even knowledge is there.
This is why people advocating foreing born players will meet a lot of opposition. We will be like is Aribo better than Oliseh?
I mean we only need to make sure our u17 players have a good career and the need for foreign born is reduced.
For example if samson tijani, akinkunmi amoo etc set get good clubs like chelsea, dortmund, sevilla in the next 5 years, they could even
end up better than foreign born players.
This is what advocates of foreign born for our football teams dont understand.
We are a football giant in some respects (okocha used to play for Enugu rangers, yekini for shooting stars)
Our recent slump in football i believe is just temporal.
In time, we can get to the semi-final of the world cup.
That golden generation of okocha could have done it if they were disciplined and had a good structure and so we have the innate beleif in our selves as a footballing nation.
This is unlike basketball which we are not too familiar with.
Foreing born advocates like komekn have to understand us local based fans from this angle

Our local basketball scene is decades behind the NBA. Not just in structure but in talent. It will take a long time to catch up.

Team USA rejects can get up on the podium
ProgrammingHow Block Chain Can Solve The Problem Of Corona Virus by vision4everlan(op): 7:13am On Apr 12, 2020

Blockchain could be of help

To be sincere, most health systems around the world (even in developed countries) were not created to handle epidemics at the scale of coronavirus or any other type.
Here blockchain could offer ways to improve many public health activities associated with preventing and controlling diseases. Blockchain powered solutions could address and tackle various aspects of the issue. Blockchain technology has the ability to improve health, access to information, supply chains and many more.
These expectations are based on the key aspects of blockchain technology, such as decentralized management, immutable audit trails, data provenance, and robustness. Additionally, multiple nodes in a permissioned blockchain have the ability to share and report vital data instantly, while complying with data privacy and security regulation.
