You then need to visit an engineer to replace it for you. know you that it's price won't be any funny

try and change the earphone cos not all of them are supported on PCs. u can buy a Sound Card if don't want to tangle with your laptop trying to change the audio jack.

try using "last known good configuration" instead of "safe mode".

the automatic (-----) is caused by malfunctioning keyboard. if ur mouse move by itself, u probably have the wrong driver for it. thank you.

U will have to input ur password. And don't forget to turn on ur data on ur phone, else ur pc will never browse.
