Hi guy im ben, will like to share my experience, of buying stuff on Julia with you.
I'm a good at buy things for Jumai , this wasn't the third time getting stuff from them but the phone wasn't what requested.
I got a smart 6(3g, 5000mah, and 2gram ) but I requested a smart 6 with 3gram so I immediately requested a refund these people posted me for 2 weeks and started telling me today that the phone can be returned.
From their policies as a customer, you should be able to return the goods as long as the product hasn't exceeded 7 days, just imagine mine wasn't even up to a day and dey couldn't collect it back.
Do you know the funniest thing the customer agent were even confused dey will saying nonse.
In conclusion if you are to buy thing that are related to electronic please if you like you money don't buy from jumia will advice you to either go to the slot or alaba market .
