No way to check that but, u should get a pop up message telling you Application successful at the top right corner.

Which browser r u using? I suggest u use Chrome and a laptop. Did mine without issues yesterday.

Very good move. Still can't find any substantial reasons why the toll fare should be increased. Those in charge though only exotic cars pass there.

For those finding it difficult to apply. I suggest u use a laptop or better still use desktop mode using your phone. I was able to apply using laptop though. Cheers
