Hi, my airtime (N9,595) is yet to be refunded. My number is 08145574397 and this was taken between the 9th/10th of February, 2015.

I don't understand the resolution terms you're using. My N9,595 was wiped and nothing has been refunded till now. I evidences of some of the loaded recharge cards with me.

MTN wiped my N9,595 on the 9th/10th of February and no feedback has been given on the reason for taking my airtime. My number is 08145574397 and I still have some of the records of the loaded recharge cards. Kindly treat this with urgency.
