APC cyber dogs be warn. Stay far away from gej achievement and stop claiming it as boopooharis own

See, let's stop deceiving ourselves. Goodluck Jonathan was in power for 6 good years, during which the country was crap. And it was because of the crappy state of the Nation we vote him out. Now, we have a new president and things are getting better. At least I can buy fish and put in my fridge with having to boil it first and you still wanna ascribe this things to GEJ?

If he was really the one that worked on the refineries and worked on power and all the others things, how come he couldn't do it in time to save his own skin and presidential seat.

Abeg brother.... think about this logically. Personally I don't feel the need to shout "Sai Baba" anytime I see things like this. I just bask in the fact that things are finally looking up and pray they get even better.

This is getting very annoying. Anything mildly political on NL is immediately pounced upon by camps trying to give accolades to this or that past or present president. It's high time we grow up folks.

Things are looking up, enjoy it...... don't be stuck in a quagmire of self righteous ridiculousness.

Education / Re: Senate Buildings Of Some Major Nigerian Universities (pictures) by VolturiLord: 10:05am On Jul 29, 2015

That senate building in my school is whack! angry
I've been observing that most of the recent structures they build in uniben lack appeal. The very first structures in uniben are by far majestic and better. The new ones? Nothing to write about. And you know why? Because they award the contracts by padi-padi....and an idiot just put a poor archi design and call it a building. angry angry angry
If I have my way I'll suggest some structures in uniben be pulled down!

I'd like to think of you as an adult, and as an adult you should know it's better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and actually confirm the fact that you're indeed a fool. Let's look at this from a rational angle. From day one of Professor Oshodin ascendency to the position of Vice-Chancellor he adopted a revolutionary style of leadership, introducing new Departments and Faculties, massive construction of much needed infrastructure and rehabilitation of the old. Sometime ago I went back to school to process my transcript and I was dumb struck by the level of development that has taken place in such in little while. You're fortunate to be attending the Uniben of today, as against what we attended and what other Universities are. Building extravagant and luxurious Senate or "non-too-essential" buildings would be a matter of misplaced priority. He built a functional Senate Building that in my opinion is quite good looking and does the job perfectly and focused instead on bettering the standard of education and welfare of students. So take a chill pill Bruh, have you thought about your GPA today?

I don't know... Interview? How so? Did they do their aptitude test today?

Yeah, they did. A friend of mine write over there. Seems like they were told to wait after the exam and the successful candidates then proceeded to the interview phase.

I would love to apply. I'm a fresh graduate (2015) and my school is yet to process my transcript.
Can I apply without it? Any suggestions?

I don't think people applying as graduate interns are required to submit the transcript. Your certificate will be enough to attest to what class of degree you graduated with. The transcript is for current students.

I've got a question though, according to them, Graduate Interns will undergo the same employment process as those apply for the Graduate Trainee Programme ( which makes me think that they are gonna hold the aptitude test for all at the same time) since I already applied for the 10 mins thingy, I'm wondering if it would still be wise to apply for this also.

But wait oh I attempted the test on monday on only one attempt, (cuz my link came early) went through the 50 questions in d 12 mins and got 62% Only to get a mail that it's been cancelled.

I attempted it once again on friday, went through the 65 questions in 12 mins and got 65%. Abeg that's not cheating. Nigerians just like giving excuses lol

No one would call that cheating. In fact I would say you were lucky to have been able to take the test previously. But you do agree that the fact that you had taken it before gave you an edge over others and even help increase your score?

heneversleep:
Bro, what stops you from getting that 60%? Knew a guy that didn't attempt the previous test and he had a score of 54%. The online assessment wasn't that all credible but that doesn't mean you should used it as an excuse. What do you have to say about Dragnet that do repeat their questions?.
I'm glad you admit the test wasn't credible. Dragnet would not cancel a test and then bring exactly the same questions in the rescheduled one. Don't assume I didn't do well. It's a simple matter of principle. My score in the test does not influence my opinion on its credibility. If you're going to recruit new employees on the basis of merit then make it a straight forward process, not one skewed in favour of previous test takers.

this can't be true people are just looking for a way for the whole process to be can cancelled. How many seconds did it take you to read the questions and solve 8 seconds. Cheap lie. If you had 60 you won't be here complaining. Typical Nigerian
Did you take time to read before you typed a reply? I didn't say I had 60, I said someone in the same Cyber Cafe as myself did and he told me it was almost exactly as the Section B that was cancelled, which he was fortunate enough to have taken. I'm not rooting for the rest to be cancelled, if you did well and you're contacted, fine. If not, fine also. The glaring truth is that the questions were repeated and a lot of people did well, not because they have superior intellect but because they had taken the test before. I resent you implying that I'm lying and the use of the "typical Nigerian" slogan is unnecessary. No need to get personal.

Too many issues and controversies accompanying this year's Airtel recruitment. A dude in the same Cyber Cafe as myself breezed through the entire 65 questions in like 9 minutes and scored 60% just because he was fortunate enough to have attempted the previous Section B before it was cancelled. For a multinational company, I must say they are not doing a great job.

Culture / Re: Nairaland's Compedium Of Traditional Rulers In Nigeria by VolturiLord: 11:30am On Feb 18, 2015
Jenkizo:
Ops, your list is skewed and bias. You forgot the traditional leaders are lined up. Here is the full list; 1. Sultan of Sokoto. 2. Emir of Kano. 3. Alaafin of Oyo. 4. Oni of Ife 5.Oba of Lagos. 6. Oba of Benin kingdom. 7. Emir of Zauzau. 8. Shehu of Borno. 9. Atta of Igala. 10. Tortiv of Tiv Nation. 11. Etsu Nupe. 12. Ochi Idoma. 13. Obi of Onitsha. 14. Olu of Warri. 15. Bong gwon Jos

Putting the Oba of Lagos before the Oba of Benin is not only unreasonable in the current state of things but also historically inaccurate as al and sundry know that the Kingdom of Lagos, or Eko as it was name by the Benins paid and still pay tribute to the Throne of the Ancient Benin Kingdom as they were conquered during the legendary military exploits of Oba Ewuare the Great. i will not attempt to comment on the supremacy of the Alaafin of Oyo over the Ooni of Ife or Vice versa or even the that of the Oba of Benin over the Yoruba Rulers as this is sure to create unwarranted Wahala
