Good evening house, i am new here , and I am greeting everyone before i step on feet. i need assistance of the experts in the house on how to proceed with my study permit application regarding LOE and SOP. kindly help with instructions or samples. Thanks.

I have carefully read through all the comments. lets dissect this properly
1. Airplanes have standard ground time allowed by FAAN or relevant agency.
2. The airline will pay charges for every extra minute it stays on the tarmac after ATC clearance.
3. The pilot could not have proceeded without the say so for the airline ground manager and thereafter the ATC.
4. If she had refused to take off and FAAN charges the airline say 5 million naira for non compliance, how many passengers the plane carry self
at what rate, this stupidity is what killed previous airlines, waiting for one stupid VIP and incurring c razy charges.
5. The main culprit here is FAAN for allowing a ranting, drunk, mad man close to the boarding gate in the first place, not to talk of the place stairs where he was refused boarding, resulting in the display of such arrant stupidity quite unbecoming of even my 5 year old grandson.
