By "Not legally married" i meant that our marriage was not done in the court. She is my wife religiously because we marries according to the Islamic law. That is why she able to visit me and get pregnant.
I just want to visit her and the baby. Is B1/B2 still the best visa option for me? Thanks as you reply

Now, she wants to invite me for 6 months to be able to see my baby and have nice time with them. How do we achieve this?
Does she have to file for me in the usa or send me invitation letter or i apply for visiting visa here in Nigeria?

Quick questions about usa financee visa pls,
1. He is a Nigerian and met her in Ghana when she came for holiday from usa. Can she fix the application interview for Ghana? Is that possible? Won't the VO question him why not have the interview in Nigeria?

2. They're both previously married and divorced. Is it compulsory for the man to go to the interview with a divorce letter ?
