Please does tax id number really matter after registering with the strategies mentioned threads?

i was able to register with these 2 options
1. Choose USA when signing up ( Use your real name)
2. Go to fakenamegenerator.com and get a USA address and use it on the sign up form
but it's asking for Tax Id. Please i need your advice if this will not affect withdrawing fund to my payoneer us account.
