Hello VO, thanks for a job well done here. Here is my question
I have applied for Tourist visa to visit a friend (My mums friend; i told the consular during the interviews). I got denied 4 times between July 2010 and january 2014)… I was married (traditional wedding) through out these times. The marriage ended by divorce in Dec 2014.

I started a new relationship with an old friend (US citizen) in February 2015, she came to visit me in August, she is about filling d K1 petition.

I went to my DS 160 forms used during the tourist visa applications and realized in the spouse name section i stated her names as (My last name, her first name & her middle name)…
On the divorce decree, her name is stated as (her maiden name, her first name & middle name)
Can this affect the petition though the first name & middle name & date of birth is d same.. do you think the person handling the petition and consular for the K1 visa will understand d divorce decree is still d same person in my previous applications or i have to write a note stating it
Do you think the time frame for wanting to get married is too short since i got divorced in dec 2014 and my fiancee wants to file a fiancé petition in september 2015
Can my previous Tourist visa denials affect my new K 1 application?
