METHOD OF OPERATING THE GATE (Open & Close):

Our Solar Powered Automatic Gates can be operated in 4 different ways as set below

1. Open or close the gate by calling your gate line from your mobile phone from anywhere in the world.
2. Use the supplied fob keys to open of close the gate even from your bed or from within your Car as you approach the
gate.
3. Open the gate using the Wireless Keypad installed at the outer part of your gate (This is strictly PIN Code) to be
known by the home owner ( This can be changed by the home owner any time) We shall leave instructions on to do this
on complete install.
4. With the Special Key we shall supply, the gate can be override to be opened manually from inside.

How much can you completed a 3 bedroom flat to tile the bathroom from bottom to the top. The master bed has toilet/bath,a general bath,general toilet, and a visitor toilet. The quote should include all materials,and labour cost all inclusive.

The ebay idea is a welcome idea as suggested by participants.

Clients & Agents alike must confirm the following before any transaction;
>The real Name and Address of whom they want to do business with;
>The Certificate of registration of Business Name or Incorporation of the Agent;
>The Lagos State Tax clearance of such Agent.

For if a Transaction lead to a Court case, the filing at court will require detail of The Name of the Agent, Address, Agreement / MOU (memorandum of understading)before such case can be tenable in court.

We should take time to do the necessary home work to avoid rushing into problem.

Also let all Agent on Nairaland bear their respective Company Name Initials to show their real self. It will help to identify ourselves and it brings confidence as to who we are dealing with.

An Agent can not do it all alone without networking other agents in other axis, hence we need to be familiar with who is who on the net / Area covered.
