It must be noted that for a ruling part to lose elections,one of two things usually happen.either an overwhelming majority of the masses bote against them or majority of the political actors gang up against them or both.the losses of apc in Adamawa and bauchi was because majority of the politicians across party divide gangup against the incumbent while the loss of apc in oyo,pdp In kwara and gombe was because an overwhelming majority of voters voted against them making it impossible to rig.

Thanks for your advice bro..But depression is more than just going out with friends.. What if I tell you I have done all that?This 13 years I have been suffering from this,so you can imagine different things I must have tried..My bro I can't do it myself again, I need help.

Best of luck to you mate. Just found out that ADHD is a lot more serious than I thought it was b4, and dopamine deficit might be a BIG problem in the future, I still don't know what to feel, like the thought of not being in control of your own thoughts and actions.......

U r welcome. But depression has grade. Noone here can give u a clue. Theirs mayb different from yours and besides. Till u visit a psychiatrist b4 u knw u are actually in need of one.

Yeah I self diagnosed myself actually.. I just realized I was no long feeling happy, and I lost every interest in activities I used to enjoy so much..So it's base on the above symptoms that I concluded that I am depressed. Thanks once again

U already made a step with recovery if truly u have depression.

Go meet a psychiatrist first and they will tell you what to do. The info about the cost will come them.

Be serious. And visit a Psychiatrist and see whats at stake first and GOOD LUCK

That's the reason many depressed people are afraid to seek help..well anyone who reads my post and assume I am mad may be the one who's Sanity need to be questioned..

Guys,I have been suffering from depression for the past 13 years..
Life has been miserable.Dream destroyed.. But thank God I am alive

But tomorrow I am going to seek for medical help,I am tired of fighting this demon alone. I have read about the side effect of anti-depressants,but I think I am going to try out tomorrow..
But the ideal of walking into a psychiatrist hospital is not pleasant at all,but I will go.

A doctor I met online asked me to ask for a clinical psychiatrist.. He also said they may recommend some therapy for me..pls does anyone know how much therapy will cost me?

I don't have enough lol..
