Can someone recommend a good mechanic that I can rely on to do fixes on cars I would be importing into Nigeria. They would vary from Japanese to German cars, so if you can recommend based on what each is good at, would be better.

Car TalkQuestions For People That Buy Auctioned Cars by Wandytoy1(op): 2:37am On Apr 01
Going into the business of buying auctioned cars from copart but need to be sure if Canada is better or USA. I see cheaper cars from USA but few people I know in the business are saying they buy from Canada instead. They have not really been able to make it make sense to me. Maybe there’s something I don’t know about the math, so I brought it here. Between USA and Canada, which tend to be better to buy auctioned cars price wise?

Second question is do most people inspect these cars in person before bidding for clean title cars? This is because I know few people in the business that bid on these cars without inspecting it in person prior? Is that normal in the business or these people are doing it the wrong way? I’m just thinking what if something is wrong with the car. Do people rarely inspect the cars they are about to bid on in person?

Car TalkLooking For A Car Business Partner In Toronto Who Can Bid On Copart by Wandytoy1(op): 3:54am On Mar 24
Hi,

I intend starting a car exportation business from here in Toronto (to export to Lagos), but the only thing stopping me right now is a reliable business partner. I need someone who has an OMVIC license or a license that allows them to bid on any cars on Copart. We can them agree on a fixed price I will pay them per successful bid. I need someone who knows about the business already to make things easier. Also, I usually meet all of my business partners in person, so I want someone that is based here in Toronto.
