Priest regains freedom while the Seminarian was kîlled.

Catholic Diocese of Auchi confirms the death of Seminarian Peter Andrew.

It was on the 3rd of March that kidnappers broke into the Parish house of St Peter's Catholic Church and abducted the Parish Priest and the seminarian working in the parish.

Two days ago the priest regained his freedom but sadly the Seminarian didn't make it alive. He was murdèred by the Fulani herdsman who abducted him.

May the soul of Seminarian Peter Omokhafe Andrew and the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace and may God grant the family and the Diocese the fortitude to bear the loss, Amen. 🙏
