SCANDAL AND CORRUPTION IN NOUN PORT HARCOURT

Your attention is urgently needed to the glaring corruption and scandal being orchestrated and perpetrated in NOUN Port Harcourt study center and the ominous danger it portend to the image of the great institution that some of you have worked very hard to maintain
The students are bemoaning the intransigence and incongruous attitude of the staff of Portharcourt study centre which has assumed unprecedented dimension.
Most importantly, we want to bring to your attention the activity of one Dr Nnenna Chukwuma who has been plotting some clandestine move to arrogate to herself some inordinate ambition in the centre, that had landed her on collision clash with some staff, students and facilitators. Portharcourt study centre is notoriously known even till today for buying examinations scripts, smuggling in of question, seminar manipulation and project based on cash and carry basics. Staff do write projects for students and mischievous append facilitators signature and sent to headquarters for an agreed amount without the knowledge of facilitators.it is also on record that staff allocate project supervision to themselves even when they are not facilitators.. Sample random investigation among the staff, student s and facilitators in portharcourt study centre will expose much more. It is well known among all facilitators in Portharcourt study centre that Dr Nnenna chukwuma instigated some allegations of corruption against the facilitators so that she can have a total control or keep away prying eyes form her activities

Her pride and arrogant is unquantifiable and always claim untouchable and boast of her connection in the headquarters.
Series of verbal abuses and confrontation between her and staff abound, late last year she almost fought the counselor, Dr Ben whom she claim exclude her from whatever largesse that was gotten from the students during seminar presentation. she has arrogated to herself some responsibilities which she is not assigned to her and consistently blackmail facilitators so that she can have her way just to corruptly enrich herself. She has always influence the new director for whatever reason. Best known between the two.It on record that Staff sell exam scripts, aid cheating in exams for some money, they also fake facilitators signature during project supervision and seminars and extort money from students. Headquarters need to redeploy the staff and bring sanity urgently
