Please has any state been paid training allowance? Is this how they are going to be delaying the salary

I received a message through whatapp group yesterday to come to Asaba for training and am receiving another message through email that if I did not receive message by 19th about onboarding I should know am not successful after congratulatory message and filling out the form for boarding

What happened to those that applied for the PFMO organised by Sydani 2 years ago. Did they really start the work?

Almost 8 months since the job application was posted. What a very slow recruitment
