If there was a criminal accusation against you whether real or trumped up, the onus is on you to engage a good lawyer to defend you with vital evidence and witnesses and most importantly with deep respect for the court and its judicial process. And if you believe there is no way out of the case, seek a deal with the prosecutorial authority. Refusing to defend yourself, insulting the judge and making mockery of the process was a very wrong move.
