I thought this was a 2025 thread and I planned replying, if you think that radio station is bad now, then you didn't listen to it in 205-2016. Only to see the date of the thread. Radio Biafra was filled with insults. MNK was the anchor then and he was very insulting. That man has HOT TEMPER. Threats of violence and whatnot. I shuddered at how he insulted his followers and just anyone. If you call and do not sound vicious enough, he would insult you and cut you off.

I cant remember which year it was, but I PHYSICALLY witnessed one of their protests during my visit home. They targeted GTBank and destroyed everything they could lay hands on because it is a "Yoruba bank". The ATMs, the glasses, signage, anything. After the protest, that branch of GTB was closed for a while and switched from glass walls to cement upon reopening.

Did you watch that video at all? I advise you to watch the video without bias and state where OBJ called Fayose a thief. Watch it again and state where Fayose’s wife was called immature. You apparently have not watched or listened. OBJ acknowledged and praised the efforts of Fayose at the event and told him clearly that he had forgiven him finally. That should have ended the matter. It was NO for Fayose, who wanted to carry on with the spirit of Wike, just because OBJ reminded him of his past misdeeds. The poultry farm that got Fayose into trouble, OBJ warned him against it that year. We all heard it. When he contested the Ekiti elections against greats like Afe Babalola and Femi Falana in 2003, the same OBJ supported him, as his fellow party man. Afe Babalola was and is still a personal friend of OBJ. Fayose’s. name was unknown. We saw how Fayose called them all, prostrated openly and begged them after winning the election. He turned around later to abuse them all!

For your information, when Fayose’s wife put that call across to OBJ and he addressed her, she accepted the fact as it was and begged for forgiveness. If maturity is to be talked about, how can you address a man who watched his own son, who by the way is about the same age as OBJ, threaten to throw out his own mother without a single word said about it so far? Would his own mother have insulted a very accomplished man as OBJ that way?

What was Fayose thinking when he knew in his heart that his quarrel with OBJ was not over, and then invited the man to his celebration? Which bridge was he trying to build? By the way, it was Fayose himself long before now, who had repeatedly called OBJ a thief. He stated sometime ago that OBJ was sitting on stolen funds. He queried how OBJ built Obasanjo farms. What he did not know was that OBJ never needed public funds in those days to build his farm in Ota. The story of that farm is public. Except the blind Ayo and his naive supporters, everyone knew before 1980 under his “operation feed the nation”, that OBJ was a man on intergrity.

I have long followed OBJ and Ayo Fayose. You know nothing about them both please. If Ayo felt aggrieved, he was the one who should have privately registered his disagreement, seeing that he invited the old man to his occasion. He even shamelessly stated that he sent money to OBJ. It meant that he even bribed the man to be part of his celebration. The man did not even as little touch the bag containing his bribe money. Shame on Ayo Fayose.

OBJ forgave him absolutely. OBJ stated that when Fayose’s wife called, he told her their error and she admitted. That was very good on the part of the woman. OBJ then said that he had completely forgiven them. That he brought up the issues in contention, due not mean that the man wanted them to continue the quarrel. Fayose did not show wisdom and maturity. It was Fayose himself who did not have forgiveness in his heart. If he was purged completely of his anger, he would rather have made jokes out of Baba’s comment and moved on with their new found peace.

Put the blame on the table of Fayose. Presently there’s fire in his own father’s house. As the first son, he has not quenched it. If he cannot deal with the small matter between him and his siblings, how can he deal with the matter outside his father’s house? Ayo Fayose needs to check himself.

Just imagine for a minute u offend ur biological father and overtime u raise a delegation inside the family to go and beg him for forgiveness and he forgives you.
Only to attend a bigger family meeting and bring up all the transgressions he has forgiven you off to make ridicule of you and even your wife.
That's even after the your wife was part of the earlier delegation to beg him.

Anyways hope they sort it out before end of 2026 if not whatever this convention produces may be nul and void if A judgment is made against this convention. It has happened before. Imagine if PDP wins the election and a judgement against this convention is made after such victory.

That is the strategy, let the wallow in their folly for the time been. Hit them with court cases towards the end of 2026 when it would be too late to make amends. Especially after primaries have been conducted
