Hi, I just want to say that Masturbation is bad. I was taught to masturbate when I was around 8 years of age. I continued the experience because it would give me satisfaction. But, I did not realize it was turning me into a devil and ruining my health, body and mind. 1. I was becoming more and more perverted, negative thoughts about women (usually married women or women with boyfriends), sexual desire in such young age when I was supposed to be studying and learning about the world. 2. My hands/feet would become sweaty after masturbation 3. I stopped gaining weight 4. I would get migraine headaches 5. Oily face and oily skin (all over body), oily scalp/head. 6. Exhaustion started after few years of masturbation Now I am 32 My body remains cold, cold hands/feet (especially when temperatures go below 60. I remain cold during summers too). My hands/feet still sweat. Body still produces a lot of oil (but far lower than 7 years back). I am trying to overcome impotence, and weak BC muscle. Whenever I am up, and i touch it with my hand, my both palms start producing sweat after few minutes, body pH seems to change. I am now allergic to lots of foods, especially dairy food. With my own experiences, I can say that masturbation ruined me. I went through depression, not associating nicely with women, and feeling weak while standing/talking to men. Masturbation probably affects our sperm-producing faculty (hormone-making). It takes its toll on whole body, not merely penis/testicles. Please spread awareness to all younger people and warn them against masturbation. Thank you. God bless all. (I am from a Muslim-torn nation)
