The questions that beg answer include; why must the loan be paid to schools? What of if some criminal school management failed to pay it to beneficiary students? Or do we think this is impossible in Nigeria of today? Also on the upkeep aspect of the loan, why must it be paid bit by bit, what of if an institution failed to remit it to students on time? The legal implication is that you pay through school management, when the pay back period is due, is it the same institution that will collect it back?
