Ok I bought a ticket from warri to lagos on 7/05/2022 but unfortunately the flight was cancelled by airpeace, for me not to miss my international flight I have to fine alternative way to lagos. The ticket costs 140k for me and my wife. But unfortunately airpeace said they will send me 95k instead of the 140k. This my second time of using them and this will be the last time of me using them. More over is their fault not mine. This is rubbery! i bought a ticket from Italy to nigeria the flight was cancelled they refund the whole of my money with apologies
but in nigeria the case is different! Nawaho even to refund the money self now problems! Does anyone have the same experience with them too?

And if you want to get refund, you will only get 75% of the ticket fare.
However, all Air Peace tickets are valid for one year from the original date of travel, passenger does have option of leaving the ticket open to be used in a later date on any of our domestic flights.
Please if refund is still preferred, this is the amount you will get. 75% of 140,000 = 105,000 - no show of 10,000 for both passengers = 95,000.

I work in avaiation but with my own little knowledge if the flight is cancelled for any reason besides your negligence then u are entitled to your full ticket plus ground support ie bus transfers from terminal to gate if applicable except there is something missing in the story not sure about the modus operandi of air peace tho but is should be standard practice I guess.

the flight was canceled by airpeace, they sent an sms to me, I have to cash bus to lagos for me not to miss my flight. See the message no any storing bro
