Hello please I need help am a foreign student have applied for the nysc batch b I complete from Ghana my school is on the list when registering ipmc Ghana but my portal has just been changed from you have not been evaluated yet to not mobilized can someone explain why to me I previously had issues applying with my degree certificate since the institute is not on the list so this batch I used my hnd have Don all the registration except payment waiting to see the green card b4 paying but now it has changed from mobilized to not mobilized can someone help me
