I'm not surprised these Asians have started migrating to Africa to fully commence their criminal activities.
I'm always amazed at how naive some Nigerians believe we are the fraud capital of the World.
I don't have the figures but I daresay Pakistanis, Indians and Chinese citizens are the biggest Fraudsters in the World.
The only difference is they don't spend money on flagrant display of wealth. These people are cyber experts and for every Dollar a Nigerian makes,these Asians make more than 10 times.
I believe these Asians will keep relocating to Africa unless we start training our own citizens on cyber issues.
The more we keep relying on these Asians to lead our cyber operations In Africa,expect more news like this all over Africa,these people are exporting their criminals to take over our cyber space.
