everybody is just trying to get notice, they go as far as miss informing people trying to get cheap recognition... some are lucky and some not. i jst pray the court use these one's as examples.

Sen. Bala Muhammed's reforms brought about significant changes in the FCT.

The Land swap policy initiated by the FCT minister, Senator Bala Mohammed was the best thing that ever happened because it involves the granting of Greenfield lands to competent real estate developers who will in turn provide infrastructure such as roads, electricity, potable water, drainages, and sewer lines, communication dots to residents without any financial or technical demand on the government.

This policy is expected to bring in billions of naira from banks in and outside the country and also generate over one million jobs for the teeming unemployed Nigerian. This policy is said to have been adopted in countries like France, Japan, USA, China, Germany, Egypt, India and Denmark during periods of rapid urban development as is currently being experienced in Abuja. It is equally a policy that has been endorsed by the World Bank as suitable for any country experiencing budget crisis like Nigeria... so therefore it was never a fraud, it solved issues like unemployment, a lot of estates were built etc.. i congratulate the minister for such a brilliant idea.
