I think Ur skul is uniben? Just go to camp abeg. During registration, u shld be able to rectify it If need be.

I really don't know much about activities in camp cos I never serve before..BT I knw dia are staffs who attend to issues like dis. d fact that ur age is correct on Ur waec even makes it beta, (take ur waec cert to camp and u fit get affidavit to show that ur real age is d one on ur waec cert...u knw say affidavit na everything for naija)

Registered successfully, printed my green card infact it was after i had finished i noticed the error as we're not allowed to touch the DOB and name. Their care free attitude is sickening. Alumni had to travel down there place calls to NYSC DG and VC before they agreed to upload list even with all the news that they should mobilize all. Na God just help man graduate from there

justifiedcoyy My DOB is wrong. Following NYSC directive to contact DSA with some documents, i contacted them and they say there's nothing they can do about it but wait till camp. Is there any alternative course of action? (These little things are part of what makes me detest that school. they care less about anyone's plight)

Just different sides to the same coin. My dob is completely wrong in my jamb while its correct on my waec cert

My own issue is that its only on my WAEC cert that 1988 was wrongly used as my DOB instead of my true 1989 DOB.. While doing my NYSC reg it was my true 1989 DOB that came and I did the registration.. Its till Monday I'll be able to contact my school... Though I don't have birth cert, but an Affidavit instead... Are my issues similar to yours?

Same issue im having went to my school and they're saying they cant do anything about it and wait till camp but i have my birth cert tho, would that count

Tnx... Please kindly quote back when u do have further info.. About effecting the DOB change, I already have an affidavit dat has my true DOB, does that cover it or what do u suggest?..

This info isn't accurate take note as i used waec and its a mistake jamb DOB hence i had the same mistake

With my little survey,I realised that folks that didn't regularize are facing this particular issue the most. Seems NYSC is using either waec or jamb dob to verify once dob. Jamb for those with neco results (unverified)

Don't be bothered because you have been mobilised and regularisation is already late. Just look for all possible means to effect the dob change.. I don't have or seen any for now but will revert as soon as I get a link.

There would be a way, I belief. All is well bro

i get confused at "THE GREEN CARD ISH" Isnt it the white A4 paper that carries all your details,Name, DOB, clothe size, year of grad, call up number, passport and so on

Cos the way pple are presenting it is so weird, like i have to print out something like a "credit card", it just has to be green and looks like a drivers licence...

What constitutes as completed biodata form?

For those who want to make corrections on their wrong details with NYSC.

Adapt the existing procedure on correction of DOB for your various correction (except for correction of Name which has a link to resolving that on your NYSC dashboard)

Follow the procedure below and send the required documents (adapted to what you want to correct) to the e-mail addresses below.

i. An hand-written application to the Student Affairs Officer
(SAO), for LAUTECH, Deputy Registrar - Student Affairs
i. A copy of West African Examination Council (WAEC)
Results Certificate showing Date of Birth;
ii. Completed Bio-Data form upon entry into the Institution;
and
iii. First School Leaving Certificate
iv. WAEC Results Verification PIN for use by NYSC
v. Other relevant documents

They are quite incompetent and bossy at their jobs. A case where ssce or ond holders are in charge of BSC holders names

NYSC only officially informed those that have uploaded the slashed list already like Unizik.
Everyother schools have to play according to order made by DJ kazaure for schools to upload all eligible pcms or betterstill contact Nysc themselve.

Once u have created ur acct on nysc portal,u will see a notification for correction of name if its spelt wrongly. The notification wld be under ur name i think at the top of ur page wen u log into ur nysc acct. Click on it and follow the instructions accordingly

I earlier mentioned its 715, most of my course mates didnt see thiers also
