Steering rack keeps leaking few weeks after repairing the seals, whats the best solution to stop this mess

You have a faulty sensor or wiring issue that is reporting lean signal thereby misleading your engine computer to adding fuel which is why are getting black smoke.
Get a competent to isolate the fault and the issue will be resolve.

actually it is an air fuel ratio sensor, it is a lot more expensive than 02 sensors so test before replacing

I didn't say u have an O2 issue yet,I said u have a stuck lean signal and this can be caused by a whole lot of issues ranging from wiring problem, vacuum leak ,o2 sensor ,etc
Go for diagnosis first to have an accurate idea of what u are changing.you can call 08061166316 for diagnosis.

Wiring issue implies if you have a shorted O2 sensor signal wire to the ground ,your o2 sensor signal will be stuck lean at all times.
